By now you've completed the story and unlocked all the events. There are a lot of races to choose from, and picking the right one is crucial. Once the main story is completed, the first step is to buy the Koenigsegg Regera, which will cost 882,450 at the Race dealership and is good for a couple other achievements too.
This one can be annoying, and you'll need to suspend any belief that 'Rubbing is Racing'.
